Pankti Shah

After completing a bachelor’s in Economics, Pankti pursued her passion for behavioural science with a masters in Behavioural Science for Management from the University of Stirling in 2016. She has worked at Irrational Agency, a market research/behavioural consultancy, as a Behavioural Economist across a varied range of projects and industries involving behaviour change. Currently, she works as a User Researcher at MagicLab where she aims to apply her insights from market research, behavioural science and user experience to the world of online dating. Personally, she is interested in the application of behavioural science to personal finance to help people make better financial decisions. She has been working with IBEN since 2018 to promote behavioural science in India and conducts annual meet-ups in Mumbai for behavioural enthusiasts.
